Our story began with the work of our founder and the tradition of selling high-quality properties around Lake Zurich. In 1978, Rudolf (“Rüedel”) Steigrad established his real estate company on the right bank of Lake Zurich, based in the historic “Bahnhöfli” in Zollikon. With the arrival of Ester Crameri in April 2019, Rudolf Steigrad AG became Steigrad Crameri AG.

Since April 2025, when Ester Crameri acquired all shares in the company, these values have continued to shape its direction. At the same time, the company was renamed Crameri Partner AG, and Wolfgang Werlé has since served as partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors. The team is also supported by Barbara Rinderknecht, an experienced real estate consultant. The company remains based in the historic “Bahnhöfli” in Zollikon.
